•training provided We are looking for a dependable, punctual, and hardworking Baker Assistant who is also a good team player and willing to support others in a fast-paced bakery environment. No previous baking experience is required. We are happy to train someone who has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in doing the job well.

IMPORTANT

•Early Morning Schedule This position starts at 2:00 AM. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently arrive on time for the 2:00 AM shift. Weekend availability is required. Applicants must be available to work weekends as part of their regular schedule. We are flexible regarding the number of days worked each week, but candidates must be available to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week , including weekends. Holiday availability may also be needed depending on the schedule. What You'll Do Assist bakers with daily bakery production and preparation Prepare products according to recipes and quality standards Assist with baking and frying Safely work around commercial ovens, fryers, hot food, and bakery equipment Use food-preparation tools and knives safely Arrange products on trays and prepare items for baking Move and carry bakery ingredients, supplies, trays, and products Maintain a clean and organized bakery production area Wash dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures Support other bakery team members as needed Help complete daily production as a team What We're Looking For Experience is not required. Attitude, teamwork, and reliability are most important to us.
