PREPARE, BAKE, AND FINISH ALL BAKED GOODS TO MENU EXPECTATIONS AND QUALITY STANDARDS. FOLLOW STANDARDIZED RECIPES, PORTIONING, AND PRESENTATION GUIDELINES TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY. PREPARE DOUGHS, BATTERS, FILLINGS, FROSTINGS, AND OTHER BAKERY ITEMS AS REQUIRED. OPERATE AND MONITOR BAKERY EQUIPMENT INCLUDING MIXERS, OVENS, PROOFERS, AND SCALES SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY. ENSURE PROPER TIMING, TEMPERATURE CONTROL, AND PRODUCT QUALITY DURING ALL BAKING PROCESSES. DECORATE AND FINISH BAKED GOODS ACCORDING TO COMPANY PRESENTATION STANDARDS. STOCK AND RE-STOCK BAKERY INGREDIENTS AND SUPPLIES AS NEEDED. USE PROPER LABELING, DATING, AND ROTATION PROCEDURES TO ENSURE FRESHNESS AND FOOD SAFETY COMPLIANCE. MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AND ORGANIZATION OF THE BAKERY, PREP AREA, STORAGE AREAS, WALK-IN COOLERS, AND WORKSTATIONS AT ALL TIMES. COMPLETE DAILY AND WEEKLY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE TASKS. REFERENCE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES AS NEEDED. MONITOR INVENTORY LEVELS AND INFORM MANAGEMENT OF ANY PRODUCT, INGREDIENT, OR EQUIPMENT NEEDS. ASSIST OTHER KITCHEN STATIONS OR TEAM MEMBERS AS NEEDED DURING PEAK BUSINESS PERIODS. ENSURE ALL FOOD HANDLING PROCEDURES FOLLOW COMPANY, LOCAL, AND STATE HEALTH REGULATIONS. ALERT MANAGEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT ISSUES, SAFETY CONCERNS, OR PRODUCT SHORTAGES. COMPLETE PREP LISTS OR RECEIVE COMPLETED PREP LISTS FROM MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO SHIFT COMPLETION. MAINTAIN A POSITIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND TEAM-ORIENTED ATTITUDE AT ALL TIMES.

Minimum Requirements:
18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred. Reliable transportation. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Enthusiastic about excellence, detail-oriented, dynamic, and positive.
