This role focuses on cookies, bars, cakes, dessert components, and staging products for the morning production team. What You'll Do Produce cookies, bars, brownies, cakes, and specialty pastries Prepare fillings, creams, custards, and other pastry components Portion, label, and organize products for next-day production Follow recipes and production schedules with consistency and accuracy Maintain inventory rotation and proper storage procedures Complete cleaning, organization, and closing responsibilities Communicate production needs and shortages with the baking team What We're Looking For Pastry, bakery, or kitchen production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Schedule Full-Time Afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Typical shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Why Join Us?
