This role is responsible for mixing doughs, producing laminated pastries, and completing the morning bake-off to ensure our cases are fully stocked for service. What You'll Do Mix and prepare bread doughs and pizza doughs Produce and laminate croissant and pastry doughs Shape, proof, and bake products according to recipes and production schedules Complete daily bake-off and stock display cases before opening Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Keep the bakery organized, clean, and production-ready What We're Looking For Bakery or bread production experience Experience with fermentation and laminated doughs Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable, punctual, and able to start at 4:00 AM Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Schedule Full-Time Early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Typical shift: 4:00 AM
