We work closely with seasonal farmers market fruit and make everything in-house. We're currently hiring part-time and full-time bakers to join our team. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a fast-paced production kitchen. We're looking for people who enjoy working with high-quality ingredients, care about consistency, and want to grow as part of a collaborative team. What you'll be doing: Preparing and assembling fruit tarts, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch Working with fresh, seasonal fruit and delicate components Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the day Supporting the team during production and service Following recipes, production systems, and quality standards Helping maintain a smooth and supportive kitchen environment What we're looking for: Passion for baking and working with high-quality ingredients Strong sense of urgency and ability to stay organized under pressure Attention to detail and consistency in execution Team-oriented mindset and clear communication Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continue developing your skills Reliability and a positive attitude Experience is a plus (1+ year preferred), but not required. We're open to training the right person with a strong attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Schedule & Availability:
Part-time or full-time: approximately 24-40 hours per week Daytime shifts (~ 6am - 2:30pm) Weekend availability required Consistent availability strongly preferred
Compensation:
$20-22/hour, depending on experience Tips are pooled across the team and shared between front and back of house. Paid training period before entering the tip pool.
