Morning Baker

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Morning Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for opening the bakery and preparing items for the day's service, ensuring the shop is fully stocked, organized, and ready for customers. From baking and assembly to finishing and presentation, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality products and setting the tone for daily operations. Responsibilities Prepare and bake daily menu items including cakes, cupcakes, cobblers, cookies, and other baked goods Assist with frosting, decorating, and finishing products to meet quality and presentation standards Support daily production by assembling, portioning, and preparing ingredients as needed Ensure the bakery is properly opened, including setting up equipment and preparing the workspace Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and product readiness for the day Assist with packaging and preparing items for display or customer orders Requirements Prior experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food preparation environment preferred Basic knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and proper food handling Ability to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow recipes, prep guidelines, and production processes Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Join our team and help create fresh, high-quality baked goods that set the tone for an exceptional customer experience each day.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
