The Bar Prep team member is responsible for preparing and maintaining the ingredients and products needed for daily bar service. This role works closely with the Bar Manager and bartending team to ensure all juices, garnishes, syrups, infusions, batches, and other beverage components are prepared accurately, consistently, and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare fresh juices, garnishes, syrups, infusions, and other cocktail ingredients according to established recipes and specifications. Batch cocktail components and other beverage preparations accurately, following recipe measurements and standards. Wash, cut, peel, and prepare fruits, herbs, and other ingredients for daily service. Properly label, date, rotate, and store all prepared products in accordance with food safety standards. Monitor prep levels and communicate low inventory or product needs to management. Maintain appropriate pars and ensure the bar is fully prepared for service. Stock and organize bar prep areas, refrigeration, and storage areas. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of prep stations, equipment, tools, and storage areas throughout the shift. Follow all recipes, portioning standards, and quality-control procedures to ensure consistency. Minimize waste through proper preparation, storage, and product rotation. Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing beverage-related deliveries as needed. Communicate effectively with bartenders, barbacks, and management regarding prep needs and priorities. Complete assigned opening, closing, and daily prep checklists. Follow all company policies and applicable health, safety, and sanitation requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.REQUIREMENTS
: Previous restaurant, bar, or prep experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately. Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and product rotation. Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, carry, bend, and reach as required. Ability to safely use knives and standard prep equipment.PERKS :
