Full-Time | Early Mornings | Weekends Required About the Role Join our bakery team as an Experienced Early Morning Baker! If you have strong donut production skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, we want you. You'll be responsible for producing our signature donuts and a large variety of pastries and baked goods, ensuring quality, efficiency, and food safety every day. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume donut production from mixing, proofing, frying, glazing, to decorating. Prepare a variety of baked goods: pastries, breads, cookies, cakes, pies, and icings. Weigh, mix, scoop, shape, cream, and coordinate baking schedules accurately. Operate multiple baking stations efficiently (mixing, rolling board, frying, oven). Follow standardized recipes and procedures to guarantee consistent product quality. Use commercial baking equipment (mixers, sheeter, proofers, scales) safely and effectively. Communicate and collaborate with the team to maintain smooth, timely production. Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift. Clean and maintain equipment and workspaces during and after production. Qualifications Minimum 2 years commercial baking experience, with proven donut production expertise. Strong knowledge of dough handling, frying techniques, and finishing processes. Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality and consistency. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs. Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching overhead for extended periods. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Professional and clean appearance in accordance with dress code. Who You Are Passionate, positive, and self-motivated baker. Detail-oriented and focused, with the ability to work under pressure. Independent worker but also a strong team player. Excellent time management and communication skills. Open to learning, taking direction, and adapting to bakery techniques and needs.
