This position is responsible primarily for frying donuts during the overnight shift and helping ensure donuts are prepared fresh and ready for the morning. Responsibilities Fry donuts throughout the overnight shift according to recipes and procedures Monitor frying temperatures and cooking times Prepare and handle dough and frying equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Clean and maintain frying equipment and work area after use Work efficiently to keep up with the bakery's production needs Communicate with the team regarding production and any issues that arise Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be available to work overnight/early-morning shifts, 10pm-6am Must be available weekends Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Able to safely lift and carry boxes/ingredients as needed Comfortable working around hot oil and frying equipment Reliable and punctual Able to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures Previous bakery, food-service, or frying experience is preferred but not required Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
