We're looking for someone with professional baking experience who can follow recipes precisely, maintain consistency from batch to batch, and work efficiently in a commercial kitchen. This is a hands-on production role with a strong focus on quality, consistency, organization, and cleanliness . Responsibilities Prepare cookie doughs, fillings, toppings, and other bakery items according to established recipes Scale and measure ingredients accurately Mix, portion, shape, bake, cool, and finish products consistently Operate commercial mixers, ovens, and other bakery equipment safely Follow established baking temperatures, times, weights, and production procedures Maintain consistent product size, texture, appearance, and quality Complete daily production based on store needs and inventory levels Prep ingredients and organize production for upcoming shifts Monitor ingredient and packaging inventory and communicate shortages Properly label, date, rotate, and store ingredients and finished products Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Follow food-safety and sanitation requirements Minimize product waste and ingredient loss Assist with developing or testing new bakery items when needed Work independently and complete production on schedule What We're Looking For Previous professional baking or pastry experience strongly preferred Experience in a bakery, restaurant, café, hotel, catering kitchen, or other commercial food operation Strong understanding of baking fundamentals Comfortable working from standardized recipes and measurements Able to produce the same product consistently from batch to batch Organized, clean, efficient, and dependable Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently Able to manage multiple batches and production priorities Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal commercial kitchen duties Culinary or pastry education is a plus, but not required with sufficient experience
