This is a hands-on production role focused on consistency, efficiency, and execution. Responsibilities Execute full donut and pastry production: mix, laminate, divide, shape, proof, fry, and bake Prepare fillings and glazes from scratch and finish products with clean, consistent presentation Maintain strict quality control and ensure all products meet standards Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards Assist with inventory and communicate product needs Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Strong attention to detail and consistency Self-motivated, organized, and able to work efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication and professional work ethic Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Available for early mornings and weekends Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
