We specialize in freshly baked French croissants, laminated pastries, and classic French treats , made with quality ingredients and traditional techniques. Our goal is to create a welcoming neighborhood bakery where great products, craftsmanship, and a passion for French pastry come together every day. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Baker to join our growing team. Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience Lamination experience is required Experience with French-style baking and pastry techniques Experience with croissants, danishes, puff pastry, and other laminated products Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of French pastries Handle and laminate doughs properly Prepare croissants, danishes, puff pastry, and other laminated products Follow recipes and production schedules Maintain high standards of quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety and sanitation standards Benefits Tips Employee discounts Opportunity to grow within the company Supportive and professional work environment
