This role is ideal for a hands-on baking professional with experience working with dough, fillings, proofing, baking, and finishing in a production or product development environment. The Baker will support research and development activities, prepare product samples, assist with testing ingredients and formulations, and help bring bakery products from concept to production. Key Responsibilities Support product development by assisting with formulations, ingredient testing, and production line trials. Prepare, bake, and finish product samples for customer reviews, internal testing, and trade shows. Handle doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and finishing processes according to established procedures. Serve as a liaison with customers, brokers, sales teams, and suppliers as needed. Assist with trade show preparation, including sample baking and related product presentation tasks. Complete miscellaneous R D and bakery production support tasks while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$47,000 to $51,000 per year.
