You must have experience baking cupcakes, cakes and cookies from scratch. Must have experience following detailed recipes and decorating cakes and cupcakes. Must also have cashier and customer service experience as you will also work as the cashier. Must have a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate is someone that is ambitious, reliable has great problem-solving skills and can handle a fast paced environment.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Prepping, baking, decorating, cleaning kitchen, washing dishes, cash handling, keeping front of bakery clean and tidy, taking order inquiries, etc. Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients Ability to follow recipes accurately Properly follow recipes & techniques instructed by head baker Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients Attention to detail and cleanliness in food preparation Washing dishes Cash handling Taking order inquiries Be comfortable working both alone and in a team setting
