The baker understands recipes, performs quality checks on ingredients and finished products, is able to complete daily production pars quickly and efficiently. To be a successful baker, you should be efficient, friendly, attentive, have a strong understanding of baking techniques and can work with a strong sense of urgency. Baker Responsibilities Read and understand Crumbl recipes Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies Pushing out required product in a timely manner Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized Baker Requirements Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products Basic math and computer skills Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment Stand, walk, bend, use hands for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50lbs
