Job Description
The Bagel Lab is a growing artisan bagel business in Ontario, CA. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Bakery Production Assistant / Bagel Baker to join our production team. This is a hands-on position that involves preparing dough, weighing ingredients, shaping bagels, preparing fillings and toppings, boiling, baking, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work from established recipes and production procedures to help ensure consistent quality. Previous bakery, bread, dough, or food-production experience is preferred but not required . We are happy to train someone who is dependable, willing to learn, works efficiently, and pays close attention to detail.
