Pastry Cook - Full Time Rosalind Bakery - 450 Manor Plaza, Pacifica, CA 94044 We're looking for a Pastry Cook for our bakery in Pacifica. You'll be an active presence on the floor—participating in bakes, mixing products, anticipating needs, solving problems in real-time, and maintaining a smooth and supportive work environment. We are currently only hiring for the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM What You'll Do Participate in pastry bakes, croissants, cookies, muffins, and other baked goods. Assist in packing baked goods for wholesale delivery. Mix pastry products and prepare for daily needs. Communicate with the Front of House team for immediate service needs. Clean and Keep an organized working space. Manage product inventory to ensure needs are met and communicated What Makes You a Good Fit At least 2 years previous food or restaurant experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Bonus Points For ServSafe or other food safety certifications. Knowledge of pastry mixing or a passion for baked goods.
