The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in baking or making bagels. Pastry experience is a huge plus! This role requires a dedicated individual who excels in kitchen environments, ensuring high-quality products and very early mornings. The position offers an opportunity to work and learn in the bagel world! Responsibilities Assist fellow bakers in bagel boil, top and bake Pack bagels for delivery to restaurant Assist in dough production and rolling bagels Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Supporting pastry production where needed Ensure all products meet quality control standards before sending to restaurant Very early mornings are mandatory. This position is not for people who are not used to very early mornings.
