Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Part-Time Baker / Bakery Associate Bundle of Cupcakes is looking for a dependable, energetic, flexible, and experienced Part-Time Baker / Bakery Associate to join our growing team! We specialize in luxury floral cupcakes, custom cakes, dessert tables, and walk-in desserts. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, cleanliness, time management, adaptability, and the ability to work independently. This position has strong growth potential for the right candidate as the business continues to expand. We are looking for someone who is excited to grow with the bakery long-term and become part of the foundation of our team.

Position Details:

Starting Part-time position Weekend availability is required (Thursday-Saturday) Hours may vary depending on production and bakery needs

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of baking experience required Must have experience working in a commercial kitchen or bakery environment Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency Comfortable with baking, prepping, filling orders, cleaning, and assisting with daily bakery operations Must be dependable, organized, energetic, and able to work efficiently under pressure Must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing daily tasks and bakery needs Experience with buttercream decorating is a plus, but not required

Job Responsibilities:

Baking cupcakes, cakes, and other desserts Assisting with prep and production Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Helping with packaging and order preparation Supporting daily bakery operations and inventory prep We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys baking, takes pride in their work, brings positive energy to the team, and wants to grow with the business long-term.
