We are passionate about quality and craftsmanship, producing artisan breads and pastries daily for both retail and wholesale customers. We are currently hiring for a PM Pastry Baker position. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated individual who enjoys pastry production and is eager to learn and grow with our team. While one year of baking experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for baking and a strong work ethic. What You'll Do Responsibilities may include: Decorating pastries, muffins, scones, cookies, croissants, Danish pastries, cinnamon rolls, and other baked goods Mixing batters and doughs according to company recipes Preparing pans and production materials Operating ovens and monitoring bake quality Decorating and finishing products Packaging and labeling products accurately Monitoring inventory and rotating ingredients Maintaining consistency and quality standards Assisting with production planning and order fulfillment Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas Supporting team projects and daily production needs Qualifications Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to accept feedback and coaching Reliable transportation Bilingual is a plus, but not required Must be available to work weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs.
