This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, working with their hands, and being part of a fast-paced bakery environment.

Schedule:

Saturdays & Sundays starting at 6:00 AM Optional third day (Friday) may be available

Responsibilities:

Bake-off and finishing of daily pastries and breads Shaping and rolling (including salt bread) Production work as needed and prep for the next day Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including dishwashing, sanitizing, and trash removal Properly store ingredients and finished products Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

Ideally 1+ year of professional baking or pastry experience Culinary students or individuals without professional experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong passion, work ethic, and attention to detail (we are selective) Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail Organized and able to multitask Good communication skills and ability to adapt quickly Able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable and punctual

Valid Food Handler's Certification Pay:
