Assist candy makers in the production of candies and confections in Coaster Candy Company.
Qualifications:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operating machinery
  • Following recipes
  • Preparing ingredients
  • Monitoring production process
  • Ensuring quality control
  • May be involved in developing new recipes
  • Packaging and storing ingredients and confections
  • Labeling product
  • Inventory ingredients and raw materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Adhere to all Health Department regulations Reports to : Full time and Part time
Supervisors Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs. or more
  • Be fully available
