Receive guest orders and package finished products with presentation and care. Create and serve simple beverage items such as teas, coffees, and specialty drinks. Eloquently describe menu items, ingredients, and allergy information. Maintain and replenish items for business needs. Maintain a high level of store cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment. Follow opening and closing checklists. Ability to function and start shift at 7 AM.

Physical demands:

Lift, carry, and move 25 lb loads occasionally. Frequent walking, bending, and reaching overhead. Assist other team members in other roles and baking pastries as needed. What you bring to the table : Have a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude. Be able to commit full-time/part-time. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Certified knowledge of Food Handling/Food Safety (Paid program complete within 30 days). Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Capacity to learn and operate the Point of Sale system. Be able to think on your feet and move quickly in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is important.
