Free shift meal and drinks We're looking for a reliable, motivated Part-Time Baker to join our team! If you enjoy baking, take pride in producing consistent, high-quality products, and work well both independently and as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare baked goods by following established recipes and production guidelines. Ensure products are made consistently, accurately, and on schedule. Assist with catering orders of all sizes, helping prepare and package baked items as needed. Monitor and take inventory of baking ingredients and notify management when supplies need to be replenished. Communicate effectively with managers and team members to ensure daily production goals are met efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Work independently for extended periods while managing time effectively and following directions with minimal supervision. Qualifications Professional or personal experience in baking or pastry is highly desirable. We're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and has a strong work ethic. Ability to accurately follow written recipes and instructions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Comfortable communicating with a team in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred , but not required. A valid Food Handler Certificate is required (or must be obtained before starting employment, if applicable) What We're Looking For Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays!) Someone who takes initiative and can think critically when challenges arise. A dependable team member who can be trusted to work independently for several hours while maintaining quality and productivity. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to helping the team succeed.
