Holiday Season (Cookie Production) Romero Cookies | Denver, CO (near Santa Fe & Florida) | Full Time, September-December 2026 About the Role Romero Cookies, an artisan cookie company, is hiring a full-time baker to join our production team starting in September.

You'll be trained ahead of our busy holiday season and play a key role in producing high-quality cookies for our customers and wholesale orders. Baking Responsibilities Operate a cookie depositor machine to portion dough accurately Follow a set recipe using 8 simple ingredients Bake cookies to spec, apply sugaring, and prepare for packaging Package finished product according to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support the team during high-volume production runs Other responsbilities as needed: Suguring cookies Packaging cookies Set up, run, take down for small farmers-market type events and expos Sales to individuals buying cookies Manage POS Requirements Able to speak and understand English Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Reliable transportation to our location near Santa Fe & Evans Flexible schedule, including availability for weekend and evening shifts Comfortable following recipes and standard operating procedures precisely Preferred (not required) Prior experience with a depositor machine or commercial baking equipment Food production or bakery experience Schedule 40 hours a week. Need at least all day Thursday and Friday available for baking; flexible hours including weekends and evenings. Training begins asap in September.
