Job Description
About us This position runs 5 days / week for 32-40 hours/week starting at 5am. Flexibility on days is required. We are professional, fun, collaborative and our goal is to create a highly skilled, innovative and fun work environment where we rely on each other in a supportive culture. .

- Make and bake cakes, cookies and other bakery products by following recipes and filling customer orders
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, buns, quiche, cookies, pastries, croissants, pastry fillings and various desserts on a highly skilled team
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately using basic math skills
- Roll buns and other bread projects, keep inventory rotated
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and work area
- Label bakery products for display or sale
- Rotate around the bakery with a variety of projects as needed on both the bread and pastry teams.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment is required
- Basic math skills, including the ability to perform baking math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
