Basecamp Bakehouse & Market is a thoughtfully designed new concept artisan bakery with a sandwich shop, salad bar and food options for on-the go. We are focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients and a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere. We're looking for experienced bakers and line cooks who can confidently handle early morning production, follow recipes with precision, and contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a small, collaborative team. Join our team! We're hiring individuals who can work flexible shifts, including early mornings and afternoons into the early evening. Our hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Responsibilities Prepare and bake breads, donuts, and other menu items from scratch Follow recipes and production schedules consistently Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Monitor ingredient quality and manage prep levels Assist with inventory and ordering as needed Qualifications 2 years of professional baking experience or line cook experience Strong understanding of baking techniques and kitchen workflow Ability to work early mornings and stay organized under pressure Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
