In this role, you will be at the heart of food production, creating beautiful baked goods and pastries while ensuring top-quality food safety standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets precision, and every detail matters. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of baked goods, including macarons, dubai chocolates, and other confections, following established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support high-volume production needs Decorate pastries with precision, showcasing artistic skill and attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold food safety and sanitation standards Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety management practices are followed at all times Assist in food handling tasks such as packaging, portioning, and presentation of finished products Support the team in adhering to recipe specifications and quality control measures to ensure consistency across all products Experience Proven experience in food production, bakery, or pastry preparation with a focus on baked good. Experience baking macarons is a plus. Hands-on experience operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and other culinary tools Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation procedures within a commercial kitchen or food industry setting Ability to perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements and portioning tasks accurately Demonstrated customer service skills when interacting with team members or customers regarding product inquiries or requests High-volume production experience preferred, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Culinary experience that includes food handling, recipe adherence, and maintaining a clean workspace is essential Join us if you're passionate about baking, eager to develop your culinary skills further, and ready to contribute to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in food preparation.
