Job Summary Join our vibrant bakery team as a Bakery Associate, where your passion for baking and food preparation will help create delightful baked goods that brighten our customers' day! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of high-volume production, ensuring that all of our products meets our quality standards. Your enthusiasm for food industry excellence and customer service will shine through as you contribute to a clean, efficient, and welcoming bakery environment. Duties Prepare a variety of baked goods including pastries, donuts, pies, and cookies following established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and our donut robot Package baked products carefully to maintain freshness and presentation for retail sale Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in food handling and preparation processes to ensure all products are produced efficiently and safely in a high-volume setting Support food safety management practices by adhering to proper hygiene protocols and monitoring ingredient freshness Skills Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation with a strong understanding of dough handling and recipe adherence Skilled in operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and our donut robot Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry Ability to perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements and portioning tasks accurately Experience in high-volume production environments with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards Join us as a Bakery Associate to bring joy through baking!
