Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including bagels, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. If you have a passion for baking and enjoy creating delicious treats, we would love to hear from you. Hours are from 3:30am

• 9am, 3 days a week.

Days can be flexible. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a range of baked goods, including bagels, breads and pastries.
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
• Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Strong understanding of baking techniques and principles
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
