From preparing delicious pastries to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, you'll help deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest. Duties Prepare and assemble baked goods, including cookies, cakes, and pastries, following established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools safely and efficiently Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, showcasing creativity and attention to detail Package baked items carefully to ensure freshness and presentation for customer purchase or catering orders Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards throughout your shift Assist in food production during high-volume periods, ensuring timely delivery of products Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service by answering questions about menu items and assisting with selections Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry arts is highly preferred; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Strong skills in cake decorating, pastry preparation, and food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to health regulations Experience working in high-volume production environments or catering settings is advantageous A passion for baked goods, food industry standards, and culinary excellence Join us to craft delicious treats while delivering exceptional service!
