This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won't be walking into someone else's system — you'll help shape how our kitchen runs, put your mark on every tray that comes out of the oven, and grow with us as we grow. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM Early mornings, yes — but your afternoons and evenings are yours What you'll do Bake our daily selection of fresh pastries and baked goods from scratch Own the morning bake — managing prep, timing, and consistency Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health-code standards What we're looking for Real baking experience (Latin American / European pastry a big plus) Someone reliable who's comfortable with an early start Attention to detail and pride in the craft Food Handler certification a plus Barista experience a plus Why join us We're a small team building something we're proud of.
