Here you'll be part of a very entrepreneurial group where you can help direct the success of the bakery. Our bread group produces 10-12 different breads daily for our 2 retail outlets, our kitchen/café and all wholesale accounts. The product line includes sourdoughs, baguettes, and more. We pride ourselves on fine craftsmanship and seek others who share the same passion. Requirements Experience as a Baker in a bakery, restaurant, hotel. 2+ years experience. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to baking and pastry preparation. Strong knowledge of sourdoughs, configuring mixes and maintaining cultures Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Food safety certification Ability to lift 50lbs+ Ability to stand for entire shift
