Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces following established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently Craft pizzas with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures throughout all stages of food handling and preparation Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or seasonal specials Support food production during peak hours by managing multiple orders simultaneously Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and inventory levels are maintained for smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, especially in pizza making or fine dining settings Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures Excellent knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment Experience with food handling, cooking techniques such as braising, poaching, grilling, and food production processes Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining creativity in presentation Background in dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus Knowledge of menu planning, catering experience, and high-volume production is highly valued Join us if you're eager to bring your culinary expertise to life in a dynamic environment where quality and customer satisfaction are at the forefront.
