Do you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work throughout the day? We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bakery Prep Associate to help keep our bakery stocked, organized, and looking its best. This position plays an important role behind the scenes by preparing baked goods for sale, keeping displays full and attractive, and helping ensure customers always have fresh, quality products to choose from. Daytime availability is required for this position. Previous bakery or food service experience is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and enjoys being part of a team. What You'll Do Package and label baked goods accurately and neatly Stock bakery shelves and displays throughout the day Help keep displays full, organized, and visually appealing Assist with oven loading and other basic bakery tasks as trained Rotate products and monitor freshness and quality Remove products that do not meet our quality standards Maintain clean and organized preparation and work areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Support the bakery team with daily production and stocking needs Pitch in where needed to help keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Positive and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment Willingness to learn bakery procedures and food safety practices Food service, bakery, or retail experience is helpful, but not required Physical Requirements This is an active position that includes: Standing and moving for extended periods Lifting up to 50 pounds Repetitive packaging, stocking, and preparation tasks Working in warm bakery and oven-area environments Schedule Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 5 am - 1:30 pm Equal Opportunity Employer Stoltzfus Meats is an equal opportunity employer.
