FULL TIME HYGIENIST

to join our team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our establishment, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and customers. This position requires a strong commitment to food safety practices and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility, including food preparation areas and dining spaces. Assist with food handling and preparation while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and promote menu items through effective upselling techniques. Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the grocery store environment. Support culinary staff as needed, contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in roles that emphasize hygiene and cleanliness. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus. Strong understanding of food handling practices and safety regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous.
