Job DescriptionJob Description Looking for fun, high energy Shift Manager/ Baker who wants to join a fun ice cream sandwich concept at Sawgrass Mills Mall! The Baked Bear at Sawgrass is the first in Florida (www.thebakedbear.com) and we couldn't be more excited to expand our amazing team! Room for growth, as we plan to open up multiple stores around South Florida! Hire and train all new employees, according to company policiesBake cookies according to store proceduresAssist Bakery Manager with mixing cookies, according to company's recipesManages and fulfills all delivery orders and ensure order accuracyMust have an open availability and able to work, as neededGreets customers in a courteous manner as they enter the storeApplies knowledge of the company products and assists customers through the ordering processManages Team MembersTakes orders and prepares menu items promptly and in accordance with customer requests.
Applies knowledge of food handling requirementsOperates the POS system and cash register properly with each transactionResponsible for keeping the counters and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning proceduresEnsures store is compliant with health regulations and standards at all times and follows safety procedures.
Open and close the store, as needed, in accordance with store operations guidelinesAssist with Marketing and Catering ordersObtain ServSafe CertificationOther duties, as assigned
