What You'll Do As a Baker at Flour & Weirdoughs, you'll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring that every product meets our high standards for quality and taste.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and baking a variety of breads, doughs, and viennoseries. Managing proofing and baking processes with precision and care. Maintaining consistency and creativity in all baked goods. Working efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines. Keeping the kitchen organized, clean, and safe. Collaborating with the team to contribute ideas for menu innovation. What We're Looking For We're seeking a skilled Baker who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you should have: 1-2 years of professional baking experience (leadership experience is a plus!). Strong knowledge of bread, doughs, pastries, proofing, and baking fundamentals. The ability to work early overnight shifts, mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
