Production Baker - Erin McKenna's Bakery, Kissimmee, FL Erin McKenna's Bakery is looking for an experienced Part Time Production Baker to join our talented and dedicated team at our Kissimmee, FL commissary kitchen. We specialize in high-volume baking with a focus on quality and consistency. We're seeking someone who is dependable, proactive, and takes pride in their craft.

Position Overview:

As our Production Baker, you'll play a key role in daily production, ensuring kitchen efficiency, and maintaining high standards in food safety and product quality. You'll collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and team members to deliver outstanding baked goods for wholesale, delivery, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily baking operations in a high-volume kitchen environment Prepare doughs, and batters for use in daily production Prioritize and bake items for wholesale orders, custom orders, and retail Ensure baked goods meet quality and quantity expectations as outlined on pars list Maintain organization and cleanliness in your workstation at all times Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols (hand washing, hairnets, aprons, etc.) Properly label, store, and organize finished products for front-of-house, wholesale, or custom orders Communicate effectively with team members and management throughout the shift Weekend and holiday availability is required

Qualifications:

Strong time management and organizational skills Prior baking experience required Basic decorating experience is a plus Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
