Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods following established recipes and standards Decorate cakes and pastries with precision using cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal Package finished products carefully to ensure freshness and presentation quality for takeout or display Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering to food safety and handling protocols Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling desserts for service or catering events Support kitchen operations by collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and industry standards Requirements Proven pastry experience of 2 years Proficiency in cake decorating techniques and food presentation skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with packaging baked items for retail or catering purposes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful, delicious pastries that leave a lasting impression!
