Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within the bakery, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Handle cash register transactions with accuracy
- Assist in food preparation and handling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- Support sales by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines
- Utilize Square POS system for order processing
- Perform retail math calculations as needed Requirements
- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food-related environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices
- Familiarity with Square POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compensation based on experience.
