Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods following established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and pastry tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards Package baked items carefully for retail display or catering orders while ensuring freshness and presentation quality Assist in food preparation tasks such as dough preparation, ingredient measuring, and portioning for high-volume production Support food handling procedures that meet industry safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all team members and customers Requirements Proven experience in baking or pastry preparation within a food production or bakery environment Strong knife skills and expertise in dough preparation for various baked goods Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in product quality Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients when necessary Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and decorating tools Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory efficiently Previous experience in high-volume bakery production or catering is preferred but not required Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
