Bakery Helper - Full-Time We are looking for a reliable and motivated Bakery Helper to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to assist with all aspects of daily bakery production. Responsibilities Assist the Bakery Manager with daily bakery operations and production Prepare and make dough according to recipes and production needs Operate ovens and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently Assist with baking and preparation of bakery products Pack, label, and organize finished baked goods Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Help ensure products meet quality and presentation standards Work efficiently as part of the bakery team Perform other bakery-related duties as needed Requirements Minimum 1 year of bakery experience Open availability and flexibility with scheduling Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable, punctual, and responsible Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to quality and customer satisfaction Willingness to learn and get the job done Full-time position available.
