Cecile Bakery Cafe, located in sunny South Miami, FL, is seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team in a Bakery Retail position. If you have a passion for creating memorable customer experiences and enjoy working in a vibrant café setting, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As part of the Cecile Bakery Cafe team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy their visit from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with their orders and providing excellent service with a smile. Operating a POS system efficiently and accurately. Maintaining a clean and inviting retail space. Helping out as a server when needed to keep the café running smoothly. Working weekends as part of your regular schedule. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Is comfortable using a POS system and has basic knowledge of its operation. Thrives in a team environment and is open to stepping into different roles when needed. Is available to work weekends and can bring a positive attitude to every shift. Compensation We value your hard work and dedication!
This position offers:
