Miami, FL Job Details Part-time $25 - $30 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Prepare Japanese milk bread, including mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing and baking. Prepare tangzhong or yudane according to company recipes. Monitor dough temperature, fermentation time and proofing. Produce bread with consistent size, texture, color and weight. Follow daily production quantities and minimize waste. Measure and record ingredients accurately. Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary bakery station. Label, date and properly store ingredients and finished products. Clean mixers, ovens, baking tools and work areas. Assist with prep, inventory and other kitchen duties when needed. Follow all food-safety rules and company SOPs. Qualifications Commercial bakery or bread-production experience preferred. Experience making milk bread, brioche, dinner rolls or enriched dough is strongly preferred. Able to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately. Familiar with proofing, fermentation and dough consistency. Reliable, punctual, clean and organized. Able to stand for a full shift and lift approximately 40-50 pounds. Comfortable working early mornings, weekends and holidays when scheduled. Food Handler Certificate required or must be obtained before starting.
