We are a small, high-quality gluten-free bakery focused on artisanal products and excellent customer experience. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where cleanliness, speed, and attitude matter. Schedule (Fixed):

Thursday:

2:00 PM•6:00

PM Friday:

2:00 PM•6:00

PM Saturday:

8:00 AM•2:00

PM Sunday:

2:00 PM•6:00

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, take orders, process payments, and hand off products Prepare simple beverages (coffee, matcha, etc.) Wash dishes and maintain a clean workspace at all times Assist with basic food prep (weighing ingredients, mise en place) Restock and organize front area Stay productive at all times (no idle time)

Important Work Policies:

No cell phone or headphone use during working hours (except emergencies/breaks) Must be proactive — always looking for what needs to be done Tasks change based on business flow (flexibility required)

Gluten-Free Environment:

We are a 100% gluten-free facility. Strict adherence to cross-contamination protocols is required. Outside food containing gluten is not allowed during shifts.

Compensation:

$15•$17 per hour (based on performance)
