Job Description
Sour & Dough Bakery is looking for a friendly, energetic, and versatile team member to join our Naples location. We are an artisan bakery recognized by Best of Florida for two consecutive years as one of the Top 10 Bakeries in Florida . We are seeking someone who combines culinary experience with outstanding customer-service skills and enjoys participating in different areas of the bakery. This is a dynamic, multi-role position—perfect for someone who likes variety, teamwork, and interacting with customers. Depending on the needs of the day, responsibilities may include: Welcoming customers and providing warm, attentive service. Taking orders and operating the point-of-sale system. Serving artisan breads, pastries, desserts, coffee, and other bakery products. Assisting with food preparation and finishing products. Packaging and presenting products attractively. Restocking and organizing display cases. Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment. Supporting opening and closing procedures. Assisting in different areas of the bakery as needed.
