Overview Join our vibrant culinary team as a Candy Maker / Production Specialist, where your creativity and precision will bring delightful confections to life! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality candies and other MIS goods, ensuring every piece meets our standards of excellence. Your passion for food production, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety will help us deliver sweet moments to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Prepare and produce a variety of candies, and confections following established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, tempering machines, and packaging tools safely and efficiently Ensure proper dough preparation, cake decorating, and food handling techniques are consistently applied Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Package finished products carefully to preserve freshness and presentation for retail or catering purposes Assist in food preparation tasks including pastry preparation, food assembly, and ingredient measurement using basic math skills Support high-volume production processes while adhering strictly to recipe guidelines and safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in food production, baking, pastry arts, or related culinary fields; catering or high-volume bakery experience is a plus Strong knife skills and expertise in dough preparation and cake decorating techniques Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, slicers, and packaging machines safely Excellent attention to detail with a focus on recipe adherence and quality control Good organizational skills to maintain a clean workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently Customer service mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Basic math skills for ingredient measurement and portioning Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Embark on a sweet career journey with us where your culinary talents will shine! Pay:
