Morning Prep/Baker

Job Overview We are seeking a Morning Prep/Baker to join our growing bagel shop! We are seeking someone with a passion to start their day early and a willingness to learn. Duties Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods. Assist in food production tasks such as measuring ingredients and assembling baked goods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation of all baked and prepped products for service or sale Skills Experience in food preparation and/or baking Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and prep work Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools safely and efficiently Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude toward team members Proven experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable Join us as a Morning Prep/Baker!
