Overnight Baker's Assistant Angelo's Italian Market & Restaurant Job Type:

Full-time Responsibilities:

• Prepare various Italian pastries, cakes, and market items during overnight shifts
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during overnight hours
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with Head Baker to provide excellent quality

Requirements:

• Must be able to work overnight shifts 11pm-7am, including weekends and some holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must have a minium experience of 3-5 years as a pastry chef or assistant
